- Nhận SI, VGM từ cliesnts / CS và mở tệp trên hệ thống của Công ty.



- Tạo dự thảo HBL và gửi HBL đến các dấu hiệu, kiểm tra MBL với người vận chuyển.



- Gửi LOI (nếu có), chuẩn bị SI, VGM … File Manifest, ISF (US, Canada, Japan tradelanes).



- Kiểm tra MB / L, LOI, SeawayBill hoặc Telex Release.



- Gửi thông báo trước cho các đại lý



- Gửi / L, MB / L cho các đối tác nước ngoài.



- Xử lý mọi vấn đề trong quá trình vận hành
