JOB DESCRIOTION

• Planning & Implementation to set up the MEP planning department incl. standards, planning process, BIM work flow, recruitment & capacity building, CAPEX/OPEX, fee structure, cash flow projection, commissioning & operation
• Shareholder involvement and coordination
• It is intended by the MAC shareholders to setup a legal entity under MAC ENGINEERS.
• Project management and control of the MEP planning process
• Support of the planning team in creating BIM models of the MEP and plans in each design phases
• Project Administration
• Tendering and proposals
• Project Setup & Organization
• Progress monitoring, approved/ not approved drawing packages etc.
• Payment schedule monitoring
• Project constraints & mitigation
• Claims and additional service management
• Time and Quality Management / Responsible that Deliverables are in Compliance with the Contract Conditions, in particular time schedule and quality.
• Being the Contact Point to Clients/ Communication & Coordination with Clients on Delivery Schedule, Project Base Documents, Client’s requests, clarifications etc.,
• Project Filing including Receipt of Client’s Project Documents, Submittal of Deliverables to Client etc.
• Close Coordination with MEP Team Members (in-house and external) on Delivery Schedule and tasks etc.
• Final Check of Deliverables “ready” to submit to Client.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor Degree in engineering of MEP systems; heating, ventilation, sanitation systems or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of MEP planning & management.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Able to read and understand technical MEP documents and drawings in English & German.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with Clients
• Team work, accuracy, tidiness, cooperation and willing to learn.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• MEP BIM Software Knowledge as Trimble, Allplan etc.
