Mô tả công việc

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Sourcing and Supplier Management
    • Identify, evaluate and assess suppliers for plastics and tooling components.
    • Establish and maintain strong supplier & MPa relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and our Mpa.
     
    1. Quality Assurance
      • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that materials and tooling meet requirement specifications and company standards.
      • Address and resolve all quality issues with suppliers and Mpa with effective corrective actions.
     
    1. Cost & Program Management
      • Be a site lead to ensure tool transfer to production requirements are executed and ensure no lapse in procurement practices.
      • Collaborate with suppliers and Mpa to ensure timely delivery of tooling, qualification and production timelines.
      • Monitor and report on potential cost improvements and budget adherence.
      • Identify gaps in manufacturing process and report potential cost savings.
      • Knowledge to market trends and pricing to identify cost savings opportunities.
     
    1. Process Improvement
      • Continuously evaluate and improve current procurement practices on-site.
      • Implement best practices in manufacturing environment, improvement in HP’s processes and conduct regular audit.
     
    1. Cross-functional collaboration
      • Work closely with internal teams to understand material and design requirements for production.
      • Provide technical support and guidance on-site to ensure compliance with company’s manufacturing process and requirements.

    Experiences
    • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline. 
    • Minimum 5 years experiences in the plastics tooling and molding industry. 
    • Hands-on experiences in using 2D and 3D CAD applications like Creo, ProE or SolidWorks.
    • Knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing and statistical quality processes.
    • Excellent analytical & supplier management skills.
    • Able to station in Vietnam Hanoi for 12 months
    • Able to travel locally to supplier & manufacturing sites
