1. Job Purpose:
- Assisting Project/Technical Manager/Senior Engineers in the site supervision of projects.

2. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site work coordination, monitoring, management, supervision, and progress reporting during project execution.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
- Follow through project job progress according to schedule, quality, standard procedures and applicable regulatory requirements and report on regular basis to Project/Technical Manager/Senior Engineers
- Monitor and report non-compliance issues.
- Conduct site inspection for equipment manufacturing and installation to ensure compliance to contract and statutory requirement and follow up with filings of documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and health requirements, and promote a safe working environment for project execution.
- Filing mechanical engineering office desk works in hard and soft copies.
- Assist in preparation of project documents including site investigation, estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals.
- Undertakes specific technical tasks / data gathering, review technical documents & drawings, contributing to overall project design and execution.
- Compliance with Company’s procedures and policies.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior to support company operations and objectives.
