We are currently seeking a Mechanical engineer who develop Autonomous products that empower people to do their best work and feel their best selves. You will work with new product development, provide technical assistance to improve the quality of new solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take full autonomy of projects from concept to production
- Turn product concepts, requirements and ideas into mechanical engineering designs
- Create, visualize and optimize the mechanical design related to set product requirements
- Apply design for manufacturing, quality, logistic, cost and assembly
- Identify and manage technical risks during the development
- Break down requirements where detailed mechanical design can be verified
- Initiate and perform development test
- Identify product improvement potentials and give input to action plans
- Estimate costs, production time, or staffing requirements for new and/or existing designs
- Be responsible for the operation & maintenance of machinery & tools
- Manage and compose annual plans for spare parts inventory
- Take business trips to factory sites to check the production
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering or Engineering
- Experience in drawing tools like Solidworks, AutoCAD
- Ability to operate & maintenance machines such as: CNC machines, 3D printers, ect... is a plus
- Experience in building products from concept to mass production
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as with team members in order to collaborate with suppliers & factory staff
- Conversational English

- Thực hiện các bản vẽ thiết kế kỹ thuật, làm việc với các công cụ Solidworks, AutoCAD
- Xác định và quản lý rủi ro kĩ thuật trong quá trình phát triển
- Phân tích các bản thiết kế và các tài liệu khác để chuẩn bị các ước tính về sản xuất sản phẩm, chi phí, vật liệu, nhân công và thiết bị.
- Xác định các tiềm năng cải tiến sản phẩm và đề xuất kế hoạch thực hiện
- Chịu trách nhiệm bảo dưỡng máy móc, thiết bị, dụng cụ và lập kế hoạch bảo dưỡng tổng thể, định kỳ
- Có khả năng đi công tác tại nhà máy sản xuất
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp các ngành cơ khí, chế tạo máy, cơ điện tử
- Yêu thích máy móc, chế tạo
- Biết sử dụng các phần mềm Solidworks, AutoCAD, đọc và xuất bản vẽ kỹ thuật
- Có kinh nghiệm trong quá trình thiết kế và sản xuất hàng loạt
- Lên phương án và làm việc với nhà cung cấp, nhà xưởng để sản xuất sản phẩm
- Vận hành và bảo dưỡng các loại máy như máy chế biến gỗ, máy tiện, CNC, máy in 3D để tạo Prototype
