MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT) PROGRAM: Our 6-month accelerated program offers: A unique learning experience Opportunities to lead meaningful projects International exposure Diverse role rotations Customized development pathways Empowerment to drive positive change Alignment of personal and organizational goals PROGRAM STRUCTURE: Phase 1 (2 months) - Brand Immersion: Serve as brand ambassadors in retail locations (offline channel) or as TikTok Live Stream Sellers (online channel) at our headquarters. Phase 2 (2 months) - Talent Development: Spearhead recruitment and training initiatives for promoters or live stream sellers, either on-site or at our office. Phase 3 (2 months) - Sales and Marketing Integration: Engage in various aspects of our business, including sales operations, key account management, general trade, or trade marketing. As an MT, you'll develop management skills aligned with our corporate values. In this program, you will: Gain brand knowledge and enhance sales techniques as a brand ambassador. Build leadership skills by managing teams, recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Drive growth through key account management, trade marketing, and e-commerce optimization. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree Recent graduates with up to one year of full-time experience Adventurous spirit with an entrepreneurial mindset Performance-driven with strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory. Must be available for full-time, on-site work (remote or part-time arrangements not available). Ability to work six days a week, with one day off between Monday and Thursday, as determined by the leader.
