Evaluating Maido’s customer data to consult customized marketing plans for each client’s specific needs.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation.
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
Internal Management:
Learning and understanding Maido’s services and products to consult clients.
Supporting operations team and maintaining clients for AS (Account Senior) & AM (Account Manager).
Supporting AS & AM in data tracking to ensure that the data are always precise and fully provided to clients and GM (General Manager).
Supporting AS & AM in research data to implement clients’ plans efficiently.
Supporting AS & AM in data input.
REQUIREMENTS: An ideal candidate must be:
Roll-up-your-sleeve attitude and eagerness to learn
Hold yourself accountable for your decisions and actions .
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
Freshsers and undergraduates are welcome.
