1. Job Description:
In charge of import and control documents of oversea brands, samples and proceed necessary documents.
Register new products with government.
Control the quality of the imported products.
Work closely with suppliers to collect required documents for Import shipment.
Manage products’ shelf life and control the delivery of goods to stores.
Check the schedule of Import shipment & complete customs declaration to match with lead time.
Check and verify invoices from 3rh party partner & follow payment process as per company policy.
Other tasks are assigned by line manager.
2. Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant positions
Having experience in Food retail is a strong plus
College degree major in Logistics, Foreign Trade, International Business…
Service oriented, result-oriented, customer centric mindset
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Collaborative, proactive, can work well individually and in a team
Familiar with MS Offices, able to use SAP/ GOLD is a plus
