Mô tả công việc

I – MAIN TARGETS: 
• Designing and developing engineering solutions
• Managing project timelines and resources
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and quality requirements
• Providing technical guidance and support
• Analyzing and improving existing processes
 II – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES 
• Coordinate with the quality control department to fix and improve product quality
• Contact person for production from sampling to series production of new products
• Maintain accurate documentation of engineering activities, including specifications, reports, and procedures
• Optimization of our machinery and production equipment in the sense of continuous improvement
• Increasing the efficiency and profitability of the machines
• Cooperation with the headquarter technologists in the sense of a global technology team
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in production engineering
• Additional tasks required by manager
III – REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
 1.Education background and working experience:
• Bachelor degree in mechanical/mechatronics/industrial engineering
• Good knowledge in Production technologies like stamping, punching and cutting
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Know-how regarding Lean Management, CIP and KAIZEN would be desirable
• Willingness to travel if necessary

• Experience with designing and implementing engineering projects
