-WORK CONTENT
- Manage overall 4M (Man, Method, Machine, Material) factors of Chassis / Trim Line, to ensure vehicle assembled according to assembly and quality standard consistently.
- Improve assembly efficiency and safety of Chassis/Trim Line. Prepare and setup production line for new model.
- Manage, control, and standardize 4M requirement of Chassis/trim Line.
- Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Note) implementation.
- Troubleshoot 4M irregularities and implement countermeasure to prevent re-occurrence. 
- Provide technical support to production department to meet production and quality target.
- Coordinate to study Kaizen activity to improve Quality, Cost, Time, Safety of production line.
- Coordinate to setup production line 4M and conduct trial for new model.
- Update operation sheet and reply DFF (Defect Feedback Form).
- Setup the system of routine activities to be done by subordinates and review the works and reports done by subordinates. 
- To carry out duty assigned by the Superior when and where necessary.
