JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check installation, set up, operate and finish testing programs following HAT/SAT protocols for systems on board.
- Check, support and coordinate the activity of Suppliers during commissioning phase.
- Report testing data in HAT/SAT documents as well as improvement points/standardisation through engineering and PFL.
- Check/ verify ship systems and installed equipment on board. Use commissioning protocol and applicable engineering information.
- Ensure a timely and correct completion of the commissioning report and presentation to the Class of several systems.
- Support production by providing improvement proposals to the Engineering department.
- Support in system completion before delivery of vessels. Realise an effective planning during commissioning period.
- Monitor production progress, signal delays and determine consequences on the commissioning planning.
- Control enough trial equipment & maintain it regularly.
- Manage the commissioning tool & keep it in good condition.
