Tracking daily productivity by performing evaluations, time studies, simulations, and line balancing.
Analyzing production capacity utilization, updating method sheets, and production process documentation.
Analyzing the production waste and performing data collection, spreadsheet creation, and data analysis for each waste.
Quality
Performing quality assessment measures on the incoming materials and finished products.
Preparing documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records utilizing basic quality tools along with problem-solving techniques.
Supporting ISO 9001:2015 audit activities and updating quality documentation based on the standards required in the QMS.
Requirements
Final-year students or recent graduates in all engineering/industrial management/supply chain majors/ Human Resources/ Accounting/Finance or the relevant fields.
Preferable to take on a full-time internship.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Proficient in MS Office, Mini Tab, AutoCAD, and other analytical planning tools. (Notes: for Human Resources/Accounting/Finance interns position only need MS Office: word, excel, and PowerPoint points).
