Nhiệm vụ công việc
* Recruitment (50%):
- Build and manage recruitment plans.
- Post job adverts on career websites, social media… and monitor their effectiveness.
- Search for potential candidates on social media.
- Build relationships with potential candidates.
- Build and continuously improve recruitment procedures to ensure a great working experience for candidates with high efficiency.
- Build a unique, attractive and professional employer brand for our company.

* Corporate culture and internal communication (50%)
- Organize interesting and meaningful events, activities and ceremonies.
- Create and develop internal communication channels to spread directions, increase connectivity.
- Consult and implement strategies for building up the company culture.

Requirement
* At least 2 years of experience in a HR role:
- Recruitment (post job vacancies, collect & scan CVs, interview, drafting offers, getting on board)
- Organize internal activities, eg. team building activities, events, and ceremonies.
* Plus points:
- Having experience with tech startups or headhunting companies.
- Having experience working in multinational companies or in dynamic working environments.
* Skills:
- Good logical thinking, growth mindset.
- Problem solving, planning.
- Ability for self learning.
- HR know-how.
- Master knowledge in Microsoft office suite & Google suite.
- English: Intermediate
- Good interpersonal skills.

Salary : up to 1000$
