Hub Hoi An is a special, rice field-view coworking and coliving space that serves entrepreneurs, freelancers and digital nomads from many countries. We prioritise community, friendship and healthy living for our customers and staff. 

Job description:

• Manage the coworking & coliving branches of our business (training available)
• Work “hands on” in many areas, especially direct contact with members
• Make members feel welcome, ensure  “above and beyond” level of customer service and satisfaction
• Manage membership tracking and new member orientation
• Handle marketing with freelancer
• Manage staff 
• Event management 

Job requirements:

• Very high level spoken English skills (good pronunciation, great listening)
• A lot of experience with Western culture
• At least 2 years experience working in hospitality industry or in relevant position
• Excellent customer service & people skills
• Observant - you notice problems, even small ones
• Self directed problem solver
• Good communication skills 
• Having experience in SOPs is a plus
• Having management experience is a plus
