Arrange suitable transportation for employees' business trips (Ex: Flight tickets, rental cars, taxi tickets, etc.);
Control expenses of General Affairs Dept.'s items and do payment for relevant office services assigned (Ex: Transportation, telephone, office supplies, office lease, etc.);
Implement and control office supplies to Departments (Ex: stationery, drinking water, decoration plants, fresh flowers, etc.);
Support, coordinate with General Affairs members to organize/ support the internal events;
