• Prepare, monitor and check class records and class lists
• Support assigning and checking students’ homework in the learning process
• Take care and communicate with students throughout the learning process
• Submit student learning reports regularly
• Support teachers with tasks related to classes and curriculum
• Prepare and perform works related to organizing Mock Test exam
• Follow up and send reports on teachers’ behavior
• Support tutoring for weak students and students preparing to take IELTS exam
• Receive and handle feedbacks from students, parents and notify management department
• Responsible for work performance with direct manager
