Key responsibility:
Manage the TOM team in accordance with the CEO's objectives
Lead weekly and monthly meetings on product development, production and distribution, departmental performance (Sales, Marketing, Community, Operation and Tech)
Evaluate potential growth avenues for the company's operations
Develop essential commercial and operational strategies for maximum sales growth
Identify and deploy new TriponMe products and experiences in collaboration with the Marketing and Operations teams
Coordinate marketing strategy, allocate marketing budget, and track ROI
Analyze sales performance, revenue projections, and financial metrics.

Qualification:
At least years’ professional experience in manager role and Marketing field, ideally in a leadership role of a startup, or small size company employees
Additional experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, in a Beverage or Entertainment company
Hands-on experience building & scaling a fast-growing company
A strong understanding of business strategy, operational & commercial KPIs
An entrepreneurial/growth mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
Potential to develop into a senior leadership role at the company
