- Risk assessment & Sample before conduct PPM
- Review daily/production status
Conduct PP Meeting highlight the risk of the workmanship and critical point of the products.
- Approve Trimcard
- Check and Approve Sample before send to Buyer & Before start Bulk Production
- Conduct Inline inspection at first out put
- Conduct Firewall audit base on AQL
- Conduct Final inspection : Base on AQL
- Create report send to Buyer including test report
- Follow up quality system set up in Factory.
- Work and meeting with factory technician/Factory manager to review buyer comment, quality performance for improvement.
- Update to factory/ related team buyer standard and new documentation
- Monitoring and follow up quality from bulk to shipment to ensure quality meet buyer standard
