CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Review và phát triển Tech Pack, theo dõi mẫu, quản lý đơn hàng và sản xuất, đồng thời giao tiếp hiệu quả với các đối tác.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

1. Tech Pack Review & Development Planning
2. Sample Follow-up
3. Order & Production Follow-up
4. Communication

• Review tech pack from customer and prepare internal technical documents.
• Support preparing or adjusting Tech Packs, measurement charts, and basic technical drawings when needed.
• Work with pattern maker to prepare and adjust patterns based on buyer requirements.
• Check garment construction details such as:
• Seam types
• Stitching methods
• Topstitch details
• Binding / taping
• Reinforcement areas
• Ensure stitching and workmanship follow buyer’s requirements and factory capability.
• Clarify unclear technical points with overseas partners.
• Follow up sample development from pattern stage to finished sample.
• Manage sample stages such as Proto, SMS, Photo sample.
• Check measurement and workmanship before sending.
• Receive buyer comments and follow up corrections with factory.
• Inspect construction and stitching quality before sending samples.
• Make sure samples are sent on time.
• Receive Purchase Order from customer.
• Confirm production timeline with factory.
• Follow up bulk production progress.
• Ensure bulk production follows approved sample.
• Monitor critical construction and stitching points during production.
• Solve issues during production if any.
• Follow shipment schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate daily with overseas partners regarding:
• Costing
• Sample status
• Production timeline
• Technical clarification
• Work closely with factory teams.
• Update order and sample status regularly.

YÊU CẦU:

• Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in garment factory (sample room, technical, or merchandising).
• Strong understanding of garment construction and stitching techniques.
• Able to work with pattern makers and review technical drawings.
• Experience preparing or reviewing Tech Packs.
• Able to calculate consumption and prepare costing sheet.
• Experience in export orders preferred.
• Good English communication (email).
• Careful, responsible, and strong follow-up skills.
