- Research markets, products, competitors, looking for new business opportunities with existing customers, in order to increase revenue, profit, and market share.
- Master the assigned market situation, search and develop potential customers and partners through many different channels such as alibaba, whatsapp, website...
- Follow the assigned market to advise and support customers on products, negotiate and contract preparation with customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Responsible for implementing sales, after-sales and handling customer complaint. Build good relationship with other departments such as logistics, accounting, factories, etc.
- Support and handle customer complaints related to the order in charge.
