CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC: We are seeking a Take-off Specialist to join our team. This role offers long-term stability and a supportive space for young, inexperienced individuals to develop technical and leadership skills in cost estimation, with opportunities to grow into roles such as engineer, mentor, or trainer.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH: - Download all bid documents and upload on a specialized software to calculate construction quantities for estimation and bidding.
- Read and understand drawings (e.g. legend, notes, details, index) specifications (e.g. special provisions, standard specifications), scope of work and procedures for obtaining missing information.
- Perform quantity take-off, tasks by counting and measuring landscape objects (e.g. trees, shrubs, lawns, irrigation systems, and more) shown on drawings.
YÊU CẦU: - Education: Bachelor's, college, or vocational training in any field.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work well in teams; handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and culture.
- Good at English; especially, Reading skill.

- + 01-month Training: 5 million VND
- + 02-month Probation: 8 million VND
