Job Description

Assist the Director in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with B2C consumers.
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels to reach out to B2C customers.
Make sure the website content is up-to-date and precise.
Make monthly report from existing Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
Manage the company tours and listing on E-commerce and third-party partners' websites.
Taking care of B2C customers and handling all requests that come from the company website and E-commerce to convert B2C leads to customers.
Be open to other tasks requested by the Director.

Requirements and skills

The ideal candidate will have a passion for online marketing and ecommerce.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business studies/ Administration/ Commerce/ Marketing or equivalent.
At least 1 year + work experience in ecommerce, social media and email campaigns,
Experience in making reports from compiling data.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
Good in English (4 skills)
Can use design software (InDesign, Illustrator) is an advantage.
Proactive in work with a can-do attitude, open mindset and being able to work independently.
