Mô tả công việc

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support managing TikTok & Shopee channels for healthy snacks brands and products
• Support performance and key contribution to total EC business.
• Acquires an understanding of the local market and uses this knowledge to accelerate the performance of Commercial Executions.
• Execute the commercial plan to unleash growth in sales
• Manage sales operation
• Close monitor the inventory of warehouse and optimize the accuracy of forecast with the supply chain.
• Manage digital marketing within platforms or cross-platforms to create 360-degree consumer engagement campaigns.
• Support data mining with access to customer data to find business opportunities and adapt business plans accordingly.
• Arrange and manage regular business reviews and manage relevant commercial relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
• We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid experience (2-5 years) in e-commerce, experience on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok shop is preferred
• Self-motivated with drive, passion, and high integrity; unlimited ambition is welcome!
• Outgoing and open-minded.
• Be efficient and pleasant in working with others.
• Results-oriented and desire for personal growth and achievement
• Fast learner and committed to excellence
• University / College degree highly preferred
• Good understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Vietnam
• Fluent in English is preferred
