- Creating attention-grabbing job advertisements
- Utilizing your professional network to source candidates
- Helping to brand within the job market
- Performing managerial reference checks
- Drafting offer letters and contracts
- Working cross-collaboratively with management and company’s various locations
- Managing recruitment team in Vietnam

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5+ years’ experience recruiting for IT roles (e.g. Software Engineers, QAs, UI/UX, etc.)
- Proficiency with the English language (both verbally and written)
- A proven track record of hiring
- Experience developing recruitment strategies and processes
- Strong interpersonal teams and the ability to work both independently and on a team

Salary: 1600$ - 3000$
Working time：Mon - Fri
