Do you have a passion for digital marketing and a knack for growing user bases Are you excited about the affiliate marketing space If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and developing all of our digital marketing channels to acquire new advertisers, publishers, and Key Opinion Consumers/Leaders (KOCs/KOLs) for our Affiliate Marketing platform. Plan strategic plans and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, including web, app, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing…
Develop targeted marketing campaigns for advertisers, publishers, and KOCs/KOLs.
Ability to self develop the short content for social ads/social seeding to promote the platform and its benefits.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize reach and conversions (TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Oversee social media presence, including content creation, community management, and engagement.
Analyze marketing campaign performance using web analytics tools and identify areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports to track progress towards marketing goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
Experience with developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Excellent analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Passion for affiliate marketing and the digital marketing space.
Key Benefits Compensation package:
Salary: 15M -19M + Bonus + Incentive
