JOB SUMMARY:
Work as a connector between customers and companies to ensure effective service levels to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange submission of NVOCC documents. (HBL, A / N, D / O, D / N, C / N).
- Receive requests from agents and customers (Air/Sea Export).
- Handle and track Sea/Air export/ import shipments designated according to the company's standard operating procedures.
- Regularly update customer information about the ongoing shipment.
- Monitor and control subcontractors while handling shipments.
- Report to the manager if there is a customer complaint (if any).
- Develop and maintain the business with Key accounts and channels.
- Market updates once available.
- Updating pricing with carriers.
- Other tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from university specializing in shipping line Import-Export, Foreign Trade, and Business Administration or related. (FTU, UEH is preferable).
- Experience in Logistics is preferable.
- Good in English communication and writing.
- Priority for candidates with experience in the same position and in the shipping line Logistics / Forwarder field.
- Teamwork skills, careful, negotiation skills, proactive, working under pressure, and oriented -commitment.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in English, skills in negotiation, working under pressure, communication skills and experience with teamwork.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: customer service, logistics, import-export and understanding related to documentation staff.
