- Based on company's middle and long term strategy, make plan of CS regime effective to the organization, raise effective and detailed solution to solve all araised service issues in time. - Manage and check workflow and work quality of 3 small teams: SCM, Techinician Team and Customer Care Team - Plan CS strategy and organization - Monitor and report the result - Monitor and confirm deadline of AS/installation/product return... - Evaluate the field and make plan on repairing. - Establish CS training guide (material) and make training plan - Establish overall CS regime and improve it - Follow up meeting results.
