We’re looking for a contract-based/ freelance Research Analyst to join our team. As a Research Assistant, you will be a part of a diverse team of individuals with expertise in different fields and will help our clients, individuals and SMEs, which want to build and expand their businesses in Vietnam.
Job description:
* Sales consulting and account management:
- Receive initial enquiry from prospects and reply them with greetings, questionnaire, etc.
- After fully understanding their requirements and scope of work, reply to them with proposal and quotation
- Follow through with them until they sign the contract
- Contribute and update to our proposal/ sales toolkit over time
* Research and analysis:
- Undertake secondary and primary research in support of consulting and outsourcing engagements.
- Analyze the findings
- Undertake and deliver engagement administrative tasks as required on-schedule.
- Support Engagement Manager’s duties on an ad-hoc basis.
* Deliverables preparation:
- Prepare reports, presentations, etc. based on your analysis and under the direction of the Engagement Manager
- Deliverables must be accurate, insightful, and nicely presented within set formats.
Skills and qualifications:
- Academic and/ or professional experience undertaking research and analysis preferably at a professional services firm (consulting, market research, banking/ finance) or within an industry (FMCG, manufacturing, medical devices, healthcare, etc.).
- Strong proven critical quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Ability to break down complex problems and identify creative solutions.
- Advanced English writing skills, especially in business context (business emails, proposal, quotation, sales contract, reports, presentation, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Pay attention to details.
- Project management skills. Proactive, able to work well under pressure and can meet deadlines
Working hours:
- This is a project-based/ freelance job so you can work at your home at the convenient hours for you as long as you meet our deadlines
Payment and benefits:
- Base salary: per project
- Performance bonus: % of each project that is signed by the client
