JOB DESCRIPTION

Full-time remote role; preference for candidates in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, or Southeast Asia.

1. Event Planning and Coordination (50%):

• Maintain a comprehensive calendar for virtual and in-person events.
• Efficiently plan and execute Pollinate Impact activities, ensuring seamless virtual event execution.
• Oversee end-to-end planning and coordination of in-person events, including logistics and budget management.
• Define standard operating procedures for streamlined events management.

2. Brand Building & Member Engagement (30%):

• Represent Pollinate Impact at regional events and build rapport with the impact entrepreneurship community.
•  Conceptualize and launch a member-only online portal, driving engagement and community building.
• Backstop for the Membership Coordinator and provide excellent customer service to members.
• Identify strategic opportunities to promote Pollinate Impact through partnerships and events.

3. Insights and Reporting (20%):

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from member feedback and surveys to track the Network's health.
• Develop and maintain a social network analysis of the Network.
• Document insights, progress, and action items from events and working groups.
• Contribute to regular reporting on achievements, key metrics, success stories, and emerging trends.
