JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-time remote role at Pollinate Impact with preference for candidates in sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, or Southeast Asia.
- Responsible for delivering marketing and communications strategy to meet growth goals for social media following and email lists.
- Implement digital content strategy, ensuring consistency across stakeholders and geographies.
- Support editorial planning, drive content ideas, and set project timelines.
- Maintain social media and editorial calendar, translate marketing strategy into relevant content for consistent campaigns.
- Coordinate communication of key insights, successes, and programmatic initiatives through various channels.
- Manage content curation, including long-form editorial, campaigns, social media, website content, podcasts, newsletters, videos, and impact reports.
- Handle end-to-end communication and marketing for virtual and online events, including content creation, design collaboration, and partnership amplification.
- Ideate avenues to promote events, resources, and opportunities to potential members, partners, and allies.
- Collaborate with Community Choreographer and Membership Coordinator on member engagement.
- Support positioning Pollinate Impact's thought leadership and unify voice for impact incubators in the Global South.
- Coordinate thought leadership efforts, develop blog guidelines, and proofread content.
- Position Pollinate Impact globally to key stakeholders and consolidate annual impact report.
- Engage with web and design agency for website updates and guide overall vision.
- Lead marketing and communications for annual gathering, including content creation, sponsor branding, ticket promotions, and attendee mobilization.
- Ensure communications budget adherence and attend meetings to align marketing efforts with network priorities.
- Support Pollinate Impact's programs and community building efforts in the designated geography.
- Build rapport with impact entrepreneurship community for increased membership, partnerships, and awareness.
- Explore strategic partnerships and events for strategic promotion and reaching new audiences.
