CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
1. Work directly with Suppliers / Brands to follow the promotion plan, promotion budget montly/yearly
- Collect and update sales data of all channels from admin team or export from companys system every day
- Work with sales and collect the information to make promotion plan.
- Work with Brand to have promotion plan with budget for action plan
- Follow the implementation of promotion in accordance with time period and budget.
- Find out the problems in sales operation and ask the suitable advice to improve management.
2. Work directly with Sales Department to deploy, track promotions, POSM, activation.
- Work with Sales admin to updating monthly the product information stocked at customers WH with its shelflife
- Checking the product information weekly in prones to control stock with Depot expired date/near expired date to have action for selling out such internal or external promotion, or dispose.
- Inform sales team take the priority to sell out products with good promotion for product is near expired date as soon as possible.
3. Follow and work on business activities
- Execute, monitor and evaluation action plans of brand to sales team
- Make all reports as brands requirements
- Control stock level of fresh goods and minimize NED (near expired date) stock.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
1. Education
- College degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related majors.
2. Experience
- At least 02 years of experience in Sales, Marketing;
- Priority given to those with experience in the distribution/FMCG field;
3. Capacity
- Proficiency in Ms Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
- Sales data analysis skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Planning skills;
- English communication.
