Job Description
Developing a partner network consisting of beauty salons, spas, beauty academies, cosmetic stores
Contacting, and scheduling meetings for discussions with spa owners, store managers, partner company representatives, ETC.
Presenting products and assisting partners in placing orders.
Monitoring and supporting partners after they have placed orders.
Providing services to partners, including training staff, supporting marketing, or events as requested by partners.
Implementing promotional programs, pricing programs, and refunds for partners according to the company's policies.
Increasing sales volume according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing the company's commercial strategies for each brand and distribution channel.
Ensuring that products are displayed in stores in compliance with layout, organization, and cleanliness regulations. Ensuring implementation at the point of sale: sales equipment, sales staff, trial products, ETC.
Participating in brand training sessions and company staff training.
