- This position directly works with Japanese director.
- Contact with Head office in Japan on a daily basis in order to share production schedules, respond against clients demands.
- Monitor and Control subcontractors to meet the delivery date and quality.
- Negotiate to subcontractors in order to ensure our products continuously meeting our quality standard also the price and delivery dates.
- Developing new products working with designers in Japan. Purchase the material required for them. Establish the sampling schedule with production team.
- Need to understand the quality standards and instruct QC team to meet our quality requirements against client’s needs.
- Contact with forwarders to arrange import/export.
- Inspect products at other factories if required
- Making import and export documents
- Other tasks will be assigned by Japanese director.

Requirement
- Female
- Education level：University
- Language：English (Business level) or Japanese N2 level
- Working experience (Purchaser, Imp/Exp, QA)
- Strong communication skills
