- Start as assistant manager, learn our business, and grow into the position of General Manager. - Assist the owner in all operational activities – a great opportunity to learn the entire business and gain valuable experience. - Mentor each department as we continually raise our standard. Must be comfortable leading the team and earning their respect. - Conduct training sessions for new employees and to develop the skills of existing employees. - Strictly follow our mindset of using a standard procedure for each job, and then develop our team by writing procedures for tasks that don’t have one yet. - Comfortable assisting all aspects of our operations. Your duties will often include reception, emails, assisting F&B, inspecting housekeeping, and other ongoing duties to help each department or fill-in for any staff who’s missing. - Helping communicate between the team and GM. - Translating documents. - Storing confidential information and files. - Improving team communication through regular meetings and by working alongside each person. - Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance. - Understand the brand image and convey that to our customers and team.
