    CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC
    • Oversee and manage accounting functions for multiple US-based clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
    • Supervise a team of bookkeepers and accountants, reviewing financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.
    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.
    • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
    • Provide financial insights and support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
    • Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
    • Assist clients in transitioning to cloud-based accounting solutions such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite, as well as other ERP systems.
    • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from clients.
