This role will provide Sales Operation and Planning of Modern Trade Channel as assigned customers and timely completes the task to achieve financial goals, targets and growth. Reporting directly to Head of Modern Trade.
2, Core Job Responsibilities - Planning & developing sales activities for MT channels nationwide
- Work closely with another function such as Marketing, Customer Marketing, Finance, Logistics to build strategy & plan & operation for Modern Trade channel.
- Conduct and organize business plan with key customers. Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Negotiate to get yearly contract/trading term with customers to maximize given budget
- Managing and supervising sales team to achieve target assigned by the Sales Department
- Managing & training Sales Team, support the team in assigned area and scope.
