Key Responsibilities: As an
Account Manager, you will work as a team with one or more Account Executives and in alignment with the BU Lead to handle one or more scopes as below, depending on project requirements. You will.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Manage client accounts and ensure continuous growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant services or products.
- Meet or exceed team KPIs.
- Account Strategy & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Foresee and prepare revenue estimation plan on client base yearly/ quarterly.
- Project Management:
- Prepare quotations for certain briefs and plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, set clear timelines, and ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, monitor progress, and proactively address potential roadblocks or delays.
- Anticipate potential project challenges and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks before they impact the client.
- Conduct regular status meetings with both clients and internal teams to track progress and adjust as needed.
- Provide regular reports to management & clients on sales progress, project status, and any client challenges or feedback.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams & vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Content Sponsorship: propose valid benefits and pack into benefit packages based on current source of Content to offer clients.
Qualifications and Skills: - Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Content Sponsorship - PREFERRED
- Digital Media
- Tech Integration/Product Business Analysis
- Activation Management
- Sports/E-sports Marketing
- Manage team of 2-3 team members
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Detail-oriented and adept at managing budgets, timelines, and resources.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred.
