JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for Payroll
- Follow up transactions at banks to make report monthly
- Record general journal related to costs, payable, accrual, salary…into accounting system
- Prepare all VAT declaration monthly to submit to Tax Department and make payment on time in compliance with Tax Law
- Issue VAT invoice to Customer.
- Ensure all data is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
• Involve in closing the financial books monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Prepare month-end reporting and annual financial reports.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly taxes.
• Liaise with banks, and tax departments to solve related matters.
• Support on Tax finalization and Auditing.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
- Support Chief Accountant to prepare the financial statement yearly for auditing purpose

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Good English skills for work (for 4 skills, especially speaking skills) , Ms. Office.
- Proficient in Excel, word, and accounting software..
- Have experience in working for manufacturing
- Working Location:  Floor 8, COBI I Tower , No. 69 Hoang Van Thai street, Tan Phu Ward,,District 7, HCM City
- Working Time: 08:00 - 17:00, Mon - Sat (Morning), Saturday: 08:00-12:00 (2 times/month)
